In search of offering you the best products, all our meats are selected Charolais, moreover we take care to promote the short circuit for our products. We also pay particular attention to the choice of seasonal products.
Our oysters are also from the Camargue and come from a small, essential local producer in the region: Trésor de Camargue, a producer recently by the Or Magazine – Montpellier.
